The M3016-EVK evaluation kit includes a 16Mbit MRAM device and facilitates development of interactive hardware solutions using an Arduino UNO Rev3 host board connected via a standard SPI interface. The kit allows communication with a computer through a USB 2.0 Type A/B cable and includes software APIs and test programs from Avalanche for basic access to the MRAM's functionalities. It supports various non-volatile high-performance MRAM devices, including 16Mb, 8Mb, and 4Mb options at different voltage levels. The contents comprise an Arduino UNO Rev3 board, an SPI evaluation board with Arduino-compatible headers, a pre-mounted 16Mbit MRAM device in an 8-pin SOIC package, and a USB 2.0 cable.
