The TE Connectivity / Raychem Brand D-141-07CS1212 is a stepped insulation soldersleeve designed for providing insulation and strain relief to electrical connections. Constructed with a heat shrinkable, transparent blue radiation cross-linked polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) sleeve, it offers excellent environmental protection and electrical insulation. The integrated solder preform, containing TYPE Sn63 solder and TYPE ROL1 flux, ensures a reliable and consistent solder joint. This product is commonly used in automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications where robust and protected electrical connections are required.
