The 70HFR60 is a glass passivated high power Standard Recovery Silicon Rectifier Diode offers 70A maximum average forward current at 125°C and 1.3V maximum peak forward voltage drop at rated 1F. It provides protection from ESD and EFT per IEC6100-4-2 and EFT per IEC61000-4-2 and 4-4.
