The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for demanding electronic applications. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available with single, dual, or triple row configurations, offering a flexible variety of pin counts, terminal lengths, and options. The pitch spacing is 2.54 mm, with straight mounting orientation, supporting 1 to 50 contacts per row. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a 10-micron gold plating, suitable for high temperature ranges from -55°C to 125°C. The natural liquid crystal polymer insulator provides excellent electrical insulation. These headers meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. Optional locking features such as locking leads and clips are available for added security in connection. Designed for industrial applications, these headers ensure signal integrity and reliable performance in high-temperature environments.
