The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable connections in demanding environments. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, with a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm (0.1 inch). The series offers a wide range of standard pin counts and terminal lengths, making them suitable for applications where signal integrity and reliability are critical. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a matte tin plating, and the insulator is made of natural liquid crystal polymer. These headers operate reliably in temperatures from -55°C to 105°C and meet UL and CSA standards. An optional locking lead or locking clip can be added for secure connections.
