The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections in demanding environments. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with Samtec's SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series connectors. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, they offer a wide range of pin counts and terminal lengths. The pitch spacing is 2.54 mm (0.1 inch), with a straight orientation. Contacts are plated with 10-micrometer gold and made of phosphor bronze, suitable for temperatures from -55°C to 125°C. The insulator is made of natural liquid crystal polymer, complying with UL and CSA standards. Optional locking leads and clips enhance connection security. These connectors are suitable for industrial applications requiring high temperature tolerance and signal integrity.
