The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with Samtec's SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series connectors. They are available in a wide range of standard pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations, including single, dual, and triple rows. The pitch spacing is 2.54 mm, with options for straight orientation. These connectors operate reliably in temperatures from -55°C to 125°C and feature 10-micron gold-plated contacts made of phosphor bronze. The insulator is made of natural liquid crystal polymer. They comply with UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. Optional locking features include locking leads and clips. Suitable for industrial applications.
