The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections in demanding environments. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature a 2.54mm pitch with 0.025 inch (0.635mm) square posts, compatible with various Samtec connector series such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in single, dual, or triple row configurations with optional locking features. Made from phosphor bronze with natural liquid crystal polymer insulators, they operate effectively within a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. These connectors meet UL and CSA standards and are suitable for industrial applications where signal integrity and reliability are essential.
