The HTSW series from Samtec features high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers have a 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square post and are compatible with Samtec SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS connectors. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, they offer a range of pin counts and terminal lengths. The connectors have a 2.54mm pitch spacing, are rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, and feature 10-micron gold-plated contacts made of phosphor bronze. The insulator is made of natural liquid crystal polymer, and the product complies with UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features include locking leads and clips, suitable for industrial applications.
