The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded, through-hole connectors feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in multiple configurations including single, dual, and triple rows, with a pitch spacing of 2.54mm, and can accommodate 2 to 25 contacts per row in a right-angle orientation. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a matte tin finish, suitable for high-temperature environments ranging from -55°C to 105°C. The insulator material is natural liquid crystal polymer, and the connectors meet UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available for added security.
