The HTSW series from Samtec features high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers come with 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations with optional locking features, they come in a pitch of 2.54 mm and support from 1 to 50 contacts per row in straight orientation. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a matte tin plating, capable of operating from -55°C to 105°C. The insulator is made of natural liquid crystal polymer, and the product meets UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards, ensuring high reliability and signal integrity for industrial applications.
