The HTSW series from Samtec comprises high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. The series offers a wide range of standard pin counts and terminal lengths to suit different applications. They are available with single, dual, or triple-row configurations and have a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm, accommodating from 1 to 50 contacts per row with straight orientation. The contacts are gold-plated with a high-temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Made of phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, these headers meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. Optional locking clips and leads enhance secure connections. Suitable for industrial applications.
