The HTSW series from Samtec features high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers have 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available with single, dual, or triple row configurations, with options for different pin counts and terminal lengths. The connectors offer a pitch spacing of 2.54mm (0.1 inch), accommodating 1 to 50 contacts per row, and feature straight orientation. They operate reliably within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with 10-micron gold-plated contacts. Made from phosphor bronze terminals and natural liquid crystal polymer insulators, these headers comply with UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features include locking leads and clips, suitable for industrial applications.
