The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections in industrial applications. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. The connectors are available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, with pitches of 2.54 mm, accommodating from 1 to 50 contacts per row. They are constructed with phosphor bronze terminals and utilize natural liquid crystal polymer as insulator material, ensuring high temperature resistance from -55°C to 125°C. The contacts are gold-plated with a 10-micron thickness for enhanced signal integrity. Optional locking features such as locking leads or clips are available, and the overall design complies with UL and CSA standards.
