The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for industrial applications. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with several Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in various configurations with single, dual, or triple rows, and offer a range of pin counts and terminal lengths. The connectors have a pitch spacing of 2.54mm, with versions supporting 1 to 50 contacts per row, and can be oriented straight. They are rated for high operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, with 10µ“ gold-plated contacts made of phosphor bronze, set in a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator. These connectors comply with UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards, and feature optional locking leads and clips to ensure secure connections.
