The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections in demanding environments. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025" (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec series connectors such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in single, dual, or triple row configurations with optional locking features. The connectors have a pitch of 2.54mm, support 1 to 50 contacts per row, and operate over a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. Made with phosphor bronze terminals and natural liquid crystal polymer insulators, they meet UL and CSA safety standards. These headers are suitable for industrial applications requiring high signal integrity and reliability.
