The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with Samtec's SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series connectors. They are available with various pin configurations, including single, dual, or triple rows (options -S, -D, -T, -Q). The pitch spacing is 2.54 mm, with 1 to 50 contacts per row, and they come with straight orientation contacts. Designed for high operating temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C, these headers feature gold-plated contacts on phosphor bronze terminals and are made with natural liquid crystal polymer insulators. They comply with UL and CSA standards and offer optional locking leads and locking clips for secure connections. These connectors are suitable for industrial applications.
