The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable connections in demanding environments. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature a 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square post and are compatible with a wide range of Samtec connectors, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series. Available in single, dual, or triple-row configurations with options for various pin counts and terminal lengths, these headers are suitable where signal integrity and durability are critical. They operate within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with 10µ” gold-plated contacts made of phosphor bronze. The insulator is made of natural liquid crystal polymer, complying with UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available for securing connections. These headers are primarily used in industrial applications.
