The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available with single, dual, or triple row configurations, offering a wide range of pin counts and terminal lengths to suit different applications. The connectors have a pitch spacing of 2.54mm and can be oriented straight. They operate in temperatures from -55°C to 125°C with 3-micron gold flash plating on the contacts. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, they meet UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available for secure connections. Suitable for industrial applications.
