The HTSW series from Samtec is a line of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connectivity. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connectors including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series. They are available in single, dual, and triple row configurations, with a pitch spacing of 2.54mm, suitable for 1 to 50 contacts per row, and are oriented straight. These connectors can operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C, with 10-microinch gold plating contacts. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, they meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. Optional locking features are available for secure connections.
