The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections in demanding environments. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available with single, dual, or triple row configurations, offering a wide range of pin counts, terminal lengths, and options for lock features. With a 2.54mm pitch spacing, these headers operate effectively within temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, with 10-micron gold-plated contacts made of phosphor bronze. The natural liquid crystal polymer insulator and compliance with UL and CSA standards ensure safety and durability.
