The HTSW series from Samtec comprises high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations with optional locking features, they offer a wide range of pin counts and terminal lengths. The connectors have a pitch spacing of 2.54mm, operate within a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C, and are made of phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator. They meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards, providing dependable signal integrity and durability for industrial applications.
