The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature a 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square post and are compatible with Samtec’s SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS connector series. They are available in single, dual, or triple-row configurations, with a pitch spacing of 2.54mm, suitable for 1 to 50 contacts per row in straight orientation. Constructed with phosphor bronze terminals and natural liquid crystal polymer insulators, these headers operate reliably across temperatures from -55°C to 125°C with 10-micron gold plating. They comply with UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. Optional locking features are available for improved security. These connectors are ideal for industrial applications.
