The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections in demanding environments. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. The series offers a wide range of standard pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations, including single, dual, or triple-row options. They have a pitch of 2.54 mm and are available in right-angle orientation. The contacts are gold-plated for enhanced conductivity, operate reliably within temperature ranges of -55°C to 125°C, and are made of phosphor bronze. The insulator is constructed from natural liquid crystal polymer and the products comply with UL and CSA standards. Optional features include locking leads and locking clips, making these headers suitable for industrial applications.
