The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec series connectors, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in multiple configurations with single, dual, or triple rows, offering a wide range of pin counts, terminal lengths, and optional locking features. The connectors have a 2.54mm pitch spacing, with 1 to 50 contacts per row, and are suitable for high-temperature applications with a operational range from -55°C to 105°C, delivering high signal integrity and reliability. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, they meet UL and CSA standards. Optional locking mechanisms are available to secure connections.
