The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations with optional locking features, they offer a wide range of pin counts and terminal lengths. The connectors have a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm and operate within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with 10 µ-inch gold-plated contacts. Made from phosphor bronze and natural liquid crystal polymer insulator material, they comply with UL and CSA standards for safety and reliability.
