The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for robust electrical connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, with optional locking features. The pitch spacing is 2.54mm, accommodating 1 to 50 contacts per row with straight orientation. The connectors operate reliably within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, featuring 10µ” gold-plated contacts made of phosphor bronze and an insulator of natural liquid crystal polymer. They meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards and are suitable for industrial applications.
