The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature a 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square post and are compatible with various Samtec connector series, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. The series offers a wide range of standard pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations such as single, dual, or triple rows (options -S, -D, -T, -Q). They have a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm and are suitable for applications requiring high signal integrity and reliability. The contacts are gold-plated with a high operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Made from phosphor bronze with a liquid crystal polymer insulator, these headers conform to UL and CSA standards. Locking features are optionally available. These connectors are used mainly in industrial applications.
