The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with Samtec's SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series of connectors. Available in various pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations, including single, dual, or triple row options, they are suitable for applications where signal integrity and reliability are critical. The connectors have a pitch spacing of 2.54mm and are offered with straight orientation. They operate within a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C, with matte tin plated contacts, phosphor bronze terminals, and natural liquid crystal polymer insulators. They meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards, and optional features include locking leads and locking clips.
