The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connectivity. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with Samtec's SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series connectors. Available in various pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations (single, dual, or triple rows), they are suitable for applications where signal integrity and reliability are essential. The connectors have a pitch of 2.54 mm and a straight orientation, with a high operating temperature range of -55°C to 105°C for matte tin-plated contacts. Made with phosphor bronze terminals and natural liquid crystal polymer insulators, they comply with UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available.
