The HTSW series from Samtec is a line of high-temperature terminal strip headers. These unshrouded, through-hole connectors feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. The series offers a wide range of standard pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations such as single, dual, or triple rows with optional locking features. Designed for reliable signal integrity, these connectors operate in temperature ranges from -55°C to 125°C, with gold-plated contacts made of phosphor bronze and insulators constructed from natural liquid crystal polymer. They meet UL and CSA safety standards and are suitable for industrial applications.
