The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers. These unshrouded, through-hole connectors feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec series connectors including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in a wide range of pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations including single, dual, or triple rows. The connectors have a 2.54mm pitch spacing, support high operating temperatures from -55°C to 105°C, and utilize phosphor bronze for the terminals with natural liquid crystal polymer insulators. They meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards, and optional locking features are available for secure connections. These headers are suitable for industrial applications where signal integrity and reliability are critical.
