The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers. These unshrouded, through-hole connectors feature a 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square post and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available with single, dual, or triple rows (options -S, -D, -T, -Q), the connectors have a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm and are designed for straight orientation. They operate reliably in temperature ranges from -55°C to 105°C, with contacts made of phosphor bronze and insulators from natural liquid crystal polymer. The connectors are compliant with UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. Optional locking leads and clips are available to enhance secure connections. Suitable for industrial applications.
