The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for robust electrical connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with a variety of Samtec connectors, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations with options for various pin counts and terminal lengths, these connectors are suitable where signal integrity and reliability are critical. They have a pitch spacing of 2.54mm (0.1 inch) with straight orientation, supporting 1 to 50 contacts per row. The contacts are gold-plated and operate within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, these headers meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. An optional locking lead and clip feature enhance security.
