The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with Samtec connectors such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series. The series offers a wide variety of standard pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations, including single, dual, and triple row options. With a 2.54 mm pitch spacing and straight orientation, they provide high-performance signal integrity. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a matte tin plating, and the insulator is constructed from natural liquid crystal polymer. These headers operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 105°C and meet UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available for added security during connections.
