The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available with single, dual, or triple row configurations and a 2.54mm pitch spacing, these connectors support up to 50 contacts per row and can be oriented straight. They operate effectively over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with 10µ-inch gold-plated contacts made from phosphor bronze. The insulator material is natural liquid crystal polymer, and the product complies with UL E111594 and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available for secure connections.
