The HTSW series from Samtec comprises high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available with single, dual, or triple rows, these connectors offer a wide range of pin counts and terminal lengths to suit different applications. They operate within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with gold-plated contacts, phosphor bronze terminals, and a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator for durability and stability. The design may include optional locking features for secure connections. These connectors meet industry standards UL E111594 and CSA 090871, making them suitable for industrial applications.
