The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature a 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square post and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in single, dual, or triple row configurations with options for different pin counts and terminal lengths. The headers have a pitch spacing of 2.54mm, with a straight orientation, and operate across temperatures from -55°C to 105°C when plated with matte tin. Constructed with phosphor bronze terminals and natural liquid crystal polymer insulators, they meet UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. Optional locking leads and clips are available to ensure secure connections.
