The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature a 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square post and are compatible with various Samtec series connectors, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in single, dual, and triple row configurations, they offer a wide range of pin counts and terminal lengths. The headers have a pitch of 2.54 mm and are suited for applications requiring high temperature resistance, with an operational range of -55°C to 105°C. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, they comply with UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. Optional locking features enhance connection security.
