The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025" (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, they accommodate 2.54 mm pitch spacing with straight orientation. The connectors operate effectively within a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C and are equipped with phosphor bronze terminals. The insulator is made from natural liquid crystal polymer, and the components comply with UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards. Optional locking features are available to enhance retention and connection security.
