The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers. These unshrouded, through-hole connectors feature a 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square post and are compatible with Samtec's SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS series connectors. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, they support a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm with straight orientation and offer a broad range of pin counts and terminal lengths. Designed for demanding environments, they operate reliably between -55°C and 125°C, with 10 µinch gold-plated contacts made from phosphor bronze and an insulator made of natural liquid crystal polymer. These connectors comply with UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards and feature optional locking mechanisms.
