The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections in demanding environments. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. The series offers a wide range of standard pin counts, terminal lengths, and options for single, dual, or triple row configurations. With a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm and right-angle orientation, these connectors are suitable for industrial applications where signal integrity and reliability are critical. They operate within a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C, feature phosphor bronze terminals, and are insulated with natural liquid crystal polymer material. The connectors meet UL and CSA standards and include optional locking features to enhance connection security.
