The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature a 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square post and are compatible with various Samtec connector series, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, they offer a wide range of pin counts and terminal lengths to suit different applications. The pitch spacing is 2.54mm, with straight orientation and a high operational temperature range of -55°C to 125°C for 10µm gold-plated contacts. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, these connectors also feature optional locking mechanisms for enhanced security. They comply with UL E111594 and CSA 090871 standards, making them suitable for industrial applications.
