The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with several Samtec connector series, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in various configurations with single, dual, or triple rows, and a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm, these headers support up to 50 contacts per row with straight orientation. They are suitable for industrial applications where signal integrity and high-temperature operation are critical. Constructed with phosphor bronze terminals and natural liquid crystal polymer insulators, these connectors operate reliably within a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C. They comply with UL and CSA standards (UL E111594, CSA 090871). Optional features include locking leads and locking clips for enhanced securement. Suitable for industrial environments, the series offers versatility through a wide range of pin counts and configurations.
