The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections in demanding environments. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. The series offers a wide selection of standard pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations with single, dual, or triple rows. They have a pitch spacing of 2.54 mm and are available in straight orientation. Built to operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C, these connectors utilize 10 µm gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts and natural liquid crystal polymer insulators. They comply with UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available to enhance connection security. Suitable for industrial applications.
