The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, with a pitch spacing of 2.54mm for 1 to 50 contacts per row. The connectors are rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, with gold-plated contacts for enhanced durability. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, they meet UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available to secure the connection.
