The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded, through-hole headers feature 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and are compatible with multiple Samtec connector series, including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. They are available in various pin counts, terminal lengths, and configurations such as single, dual, or triple rows. The pitch spacing is 2.54 mm, with straight orientation options, supporting 1 to 50 contacts per row. These connectors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, featuring 10 micron gold-plated contacts made from phosphor bronze, and are insulated with natural liquid crystal polymer material. They comply with UL and CSA standards and optionally include locking features for added security. Suitable for industrial applications.
