The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature a 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square post and are compatible with various Samtec connector series including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations, these headers offer a wide range of pin counts and terminal lengths. They have a 2.54 mm pitch spacing with straight orientation, and operate in temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, with 10 microinch gold-plated contacts. Made from phosphor bronze with a natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, these connectors meet UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features are available to enhance connection security.
