The HTSW series from Samtec consists of high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable electrical connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with Samtec's SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS connector series. They are available in various pin counts, terminal lengths, and row configurations (single, dual, or triple rows). The 2.54mm pitch ensures easy integration, and the connectors operate effectively within a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C with matte tin plated contacts. Made from phosphor bronze and natural liquid crystal polymer insulator, they meet UL and CSA standards. Optional locking features enhance secure connection in demanding environments.
