The HTSW series from Samtec are high-temperature terminal strip headers designed for reliable signal connections. These unshrouded through-hole headers feature 0.025-inch (0.635mm) square posts and are compatible with various Samtec connector series such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, IDSD, IDSS, SMSD, and SMSS. Available in single, dual, or triple row configurations with optional locking mechanisms, they offer a broad range of pin counts and terminal lengths to suit different applications. The connectors have a pitch of 2.54mm, operate within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, and feature 10-micrometer gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts. The insulator material is natural liquid crystal polymer, certified to UL and CSA standards, ensuring high performance and safety.
